The Timber Structure H1 Check looks at the following:

What is the minimum stud spacing for each wall type? Site specific PS1 issued if required.
What is the minimum dwang spacing for each wall type?
Are truss heel heights are suitable for truss design and H1 insulation requirements?
Are rafter and joist depths and centres are suitable for loading and H1 insulation requirements

If I find any issues, I'll suggest solutions that require minimal changes to the design and provide or refer you to documentation for those solutions.

Timber Structure H1 Checks are designed to be most useful while developing pricing plans or consent plans, but are also available for consented plans.
