Ecostructure

Ecostructure was created by Konni Woods, a frame and truss detailer with a passion for building houses fit for our future climate. She has 15 years experience in a combination of frame and truss detailing, estimating, and working on the tools, both on site and in a frame and truss factory.

Konni lives in Otago with her husband in a retrofit renovation project which is currently consuming all her free time.

Inspired by Passive House construction methodology and the Beacon case studies, she's on a mission to transform business-as-usual frame and truss construction. Less timber, more insulation and smarter frame and truss, starting today.
